To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request the following:

• Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• If you experience an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
• For clients who have a history of no-shows or frequent late cancellations, we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be:
  • Applied to your service fee if you attend your appointment or
  • Retained by us if you no-show or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice
