Our team works across four experience levels, so the lower end of each range reflects our newest talent and the higher end reflects our most experienced stylists.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request the following:
- Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- If you experience an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- For clients who have a history of no-shows or frequent late cancellations, we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be:
- Applied to your service fee if you attend your appointment or
- Retained by us if you no-show or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice
